For people who've struggled with their mental health and want to rebuild their confidence, energy, and fitness — without judgment, without overwhelm.
I know what it feels like to struggle. I've lived with mental health challenges my whole life — anxiety, depression, medication — and I've come out the other side without needing it. That journey is what drives everything I do.
For a couple of years I was a facilitator at Andy's Man Club, a men's suicide prevention charity, sitting in rooms with hundreds of men going through some of the darkest times of their lives. I've heard their stories. I understand the weight of it.
What helped me was learning to push myself out of my comfort zone — consistently, and with the right support. That's exactly what I bring to my sessions.
My martial arts background spans karate black belt, 2nd Dan black belt in the Goshinkwai Combat System (combat jiu jitsu), Thai boxing, and MMA. I specialise in padwork — a style of training that's physical, focused, and genuinely enjoyable. It's not about aesthetics. It's about building mental strength through movement, one session at a time.
My sessions are private, judgment-free, and built around where you're actually at. You don't need to have it together to get started. That's what I'm here for.
Anxiety, depression, low mood, burnout — you know exercise might help but you don't know where to start or if you even have the energy.
Normal gyms feel loud, judgy, and full of people who seem like they already have everything figured out. You've avoided them because of it.
You've started and stopped more times than you can count. Not because you're lazy — but because no one was in your corner when things got hard.
We talk about where you're at and what you want. No pressure, no hard sell.
I build a programme around you — your life, your energy levels, your goals.
Your first session is manageable and confidence-building, not a shock to the system.
Slowly, consistently — you start to feel like yourself again. That's the goal.
